Shipping: Returns are accepted within 7 days upon receiving the merchandise. This EXCLUDES, sale items, and any accessories or fun goodies. All earrings are exempt from being returned due to sanitary guidelines. Pre orders are final sale and aren’t eligible for returns. We don’t accept the exchange of a regular item for pre order items. You may return your items at our local warehouse upon availability or through mail. If the warehouse is closed during your 7 days of return, the days will still be counted and the client must send items through mail.
PICK UPS: have up to 7 business days to pick up. If the merchandise is picked up after the 7 days after it will NOT be eligible for returns. This INCLUDES, sale items, and accessories.
For returns, jewelry must be unworn, new and unaltered. Items can't have any visible signs of wear.
ONLY regular priced items are accepted for returns. Customers are responsible for shipping return fees.
We do NOT issue refunds. Once all the items reach us and we check everything and your piece is eligible for return we will gladly give you a store credit or exchange.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages or for any issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

After receiving a store credit if the store has free shipping, store credits won't be eligible for free shipping. Customer will be responsible for shipping fees.

EVERY STORE CREDIT IS VALID FOR 120 DAYS. AFTER 120 DAYS IT WILL EXPIRE.
